What Is The Definition Of E Commerce?

by admin on August 30, 2009

So what IS e commerce?

Don’t be intimidated by e commerce….e commerce is nothing more than business on the web. If  you’ve ever bought or sold anything on Ebay, purchased a book on Amazon, or made any other transaction online you have participated in e commerce.  Simply put though, the definition of ecommerce is the buying and selling of products or services  over electronic systems such as the Internet and other computer networks.

Why is this significant? Why should this interest you?

Well it’s simple. E commerce allows you to take what you know, what you have, or what you’re interested in, and use it to create an at home business….Not only that, but you can

HE did it- And So Can You!!!

I have now created and published 10 ebooks/books. But it’s true that when I first came online I didn’t even have a single idea for a book or ebook.

I did understand from early on however, that it was very important to create a theme-based content-rich Website that would attract a lot of free or low-cost targeted traffic from the search engines. I also discovered that SBI! was the best way to create and maintain such a site.

However, it took me a while, and lots of trial-and-error experimentation, to figure out exactly how to convert that targeted SBI! traffic into a meaningful income in my “writing help” niche. Eventually I discovered that the best model in my particular niche was to create and sell info-products in the form of downloadable ebooks.

Ebooks are easy to create because you are writing about what you already know (i.e. your niche theme), and most importantly, once you’ve created a digital info-product you can easily set it up to sell on clickbank; over, and over, and over again.

It’s a great way to earn a living!
